We’re seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join a leading Cyber Security vendor delivering cutting-edge Zero Trust and SASE solutions to global clients.ResponsibilitiesLead technical delivery of Zero Trust services, ensuring timely and organized implementation.Gather requirements, design solutions, and produce technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, test plans, migration plans, etc.). Execute changes within customer environments and provide integration guidance.Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues, collaborating with support and engineering teams.Share knowledge internally and externally, contributing to best practices and operational assets.Qualifications5+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, or security engineering roles.Strong understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP.Expertise in Zero Trust technologies: ZTNA, SWG, RBI, DLP, CASB, Cloud Email Security.Familiarity with SSO, LDAP, SAML, ADFS, and IdP configurations.Experience with proxies, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, and Linux.Ability to manage projects and prioritize competing demands.Experience with MDM platforms, AzureAD, Intune, Active Directory.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2).
