Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead HRIS operations and a team to support Ross’s people strategy through reliable systems and data. You will shape the HRIS roadmap, partner with HR, IT, and vendors, and manage system changes from planning to launch. You’ll ensure data integrity, oversee testing, and drive process improvements across LMS, recruiting, and onboarding. Compensation / Benefits * Lead service delivery for HRIS programs and manage a team of HRIS professionals * Partner with HRIS leadership, HR, IT, and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements * Plan and administer HRIS systems including LMS, recruiting, and onboarding * Oversee system testing, data governance, risk mitigation, and compliance * Manage vendor relationships and project portfolios, including requirements, UAT, and training * Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts; translate strategy into actionable deliverables * Monitor HRIS initiatives and trends to forecast system requirements and improve operations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in HRIS or HRIS-adjacent leadership * Minimum 4 years of vendor management experience * Experience with LMS and ATS * Analytical and customer service skills * Ability to interact with all levels of personnel and handle confidential information * Strong communication skills and ability to lead and delegate * Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and integrations Key requirements * remote work possible * career growth opportunities * inclusive culture * Fortune 500 employer * continuous learning opportunities * competitive compensation
