Senior Solutions Architect

Experteer Overview In this role, you design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. You bridge business needs with technical delivery, focusing on scalability, security, and performance. You’ll work with stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture artifacts and guide projects through the solution lifecycle. The position supports cloud and security governance, and integration across complex, distributed systems. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions * Define architecture for programs/projects aligned with enterprise standards * Perform feasibility and impact analyses for proposed solutions * Create architecture artifacts (IDeA/POV, SAD, DFD, Threat Models) * Provide lifecycle guidance from ideation to delivery * Support Agile planning, estimation, and readiness assessments * Ensure security, governance, and cloud standards compliance * Advise on platforms, integration patterns, and best practices Tasks * 10+ years IT experience in architecture or engineering * 5+ years financial services industry experience * 3+ years integration services programming and architecture * 2+ years experience delivering innovations in payments/financial networks with concrete examples * Knowledge of Payments data/object/service models * Knowledge of HSMs and security models * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and governance * Knowledge of network integration with 3rd party networks including ACH, RTP and Card Networks * Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks * Expertise in designing complex, distributed systems * Ability to create and review architectural artifacts Key requirements *
