Information Technology Application Support Analyst I

Experteer Overview In this role you support software systems by troubleshooting, onboarding, and training users to improve functionality. You will work with end users to resolve issues and ensure high-quality application documentation. You’ll monitor processes, assist with installations and configurations, and perform root-cause analyses to fix production problems. This position offers exposure to deployment cycles and cross-functional collaboration within PTR Global’s IT services.
