Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Experteer Overview In this role you drive enterprise BI strategy and analytics delivery to enable data-driven decisions across Matrix. You will modernize reporting, scale analytics capabilities, and lead a high-performing BI team while partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, Clinical, Finance, and Leadership. You will guide AI-enabled analytics adoption to automate insights and create intelligent workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy aligned to business objectives * Lead analytics, reporting, and performance measurement across the organization * Develop enterprise KPIs, executive scorecards, and dashboards * Drive adoption of Agentic AI and intelligent analytics to automate insights and improve decision support * Ensure data governance, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture * Modernize BI technologies and data platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server) * Build and mentor a high-performing BI/Analytics team and promote cross-functional collaboration * Partner with executives and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable analytics solutions * Establish development standards, release processes, and quality assurance for BI products * Oversee data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and data governance processes Tasks * 8+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Engineering/Decision Support * 4+ years leading BI/Analytics teams * Experience developing enterprise reporting strategies and executive dashboards * Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI; strong SQL Server/T-SQL skills * Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategic initiatives * Healthcare, payer, provider, population health or risk adjustment experience preferred * Proven ability to modernize analytics platforms and implement AI-enabled analytics (preferred) Key requirements * Medical, Dental, Vision * Paid time off * Paid holidays * 401K with company matching * Health savings account * Flexible spending accounts
