Data Engineering Director - Hybrid

Experteer Overview As Data Engineering Director, you will lead the data engineering organization to enable data-driven decisions across underwriting, claims, operations, and customer experience. You will shape the data strategy, governance, and architecture to support scalable analytics and insights. You will partner with C-suite and business leaders to translate goals into data roadmaps and ensure regulatory compliance.
