Artificial Intelligence C++ (Programming Language) Network Architecture Security Information and Event Management Information Technology Low Latency

Job description

We’re building the security layer for AI agents running inside large enterprises, sitting in the path of every agent action, catching destructive operations and data exfiltration before they land, across tens of thousands of agents.

And we’re aiming to build that by implementing an AI factory, where agents handle most of the implementation and engineers direct, review, and keep raising the ceiling on what they can handle. If designing the system that writes the software appeals to you more than writing every line yourself, this is the job.

What you’ll do

  • Own significant areas of product functionality end to end - design, build, ship, maintain
  • Build and refine the agent workflows the rest of the team develops with, and automate anything that saves the team time or improves quality
  • Set technical direction and be the go-to person for architecture and design decisions
  • Mentor, pair, and raise the bar on engineering practice across the team, * Play a key role in shaping the future of AI by protecting it
  • Work alongside a diverse team of security researchers and industry experts, our founders are pioneers in AI Security, and our investors include top Engineers like ex ex-SVP of Engineering of Twitter
  • Opportunity to innovate and automate in a rapidly evolving space
  • Big stock compensation for first hires, professional growth, and an environment that fosters creativity and collaboration *

Requirements

  • 10+ years building production software in C++, Go, Rust, or similar
  • Experience building high-throughput, low-latency network infrastructure: proxies, gateways, sidecars, data-plane services where being in the request path means you can’t be slow and can’t go down
  • Experience shipping that kind of infrastructure to large enterprises: deploying into customer-controlled environments, passing security review, integrating with the gateway and SIEM stack they already run, and failing open rather than breaking someone’s workflow
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership role setting direction for project teams
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
