IAM Administrator

responsible for managing and supporting client-s IAM systems to ensure secure

and efficient access to resources. This role involves implementing IAM

policies, managing user identities, and maintaining compliance with security

standards. The IAM Administrator works closely with IT, security, and business

teams to manage access rights, troubleshoot issues, and enhance IAM

solutions.

What you will do at Sogeti:

• Develops,implements, and maintains IAM policies, procedures, provides user trainingand awareness programs on IAM policies and procedures and best practices.Manages user provisioning & deprovisioning, authentication,authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC) systems.-

• Ensurescompliance with security policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX,GDPR, ISO27001), and audit frameworks.-

• IAMensures that only the right individuals have access to the right systemsat the right time, secure user login processes, including multi-factorauthentication (MFA) where applicable, to protect against unauthorizedaccess. And ensuring password security remains a foundational control insafeguarding user authentication.

• Ensures secureand compliant user lifecycle management from onboarding tooffboarding - Provisioning accounts, assigning role-based access, andenabling authentication for new employees in a timely and controlledmanner. And promptly revoking access, deactivatingaccounts, and removing privileges upontermination or transfers to minimize securityrisks. Supporting audit readinessand reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

• Managesthe ticketing system to track all access-related requests and ensurestimely processing per SLAs.-Performspeer reviews to ensure correct and timely user onboarding and offboarding.-

• TheIAM team plays a critical role in audit engagements by participatingin control walkthroughs, providing timely and accurate accessdocumentation, supporting User Access Reviews (UARs), and addressingfollow-up requests from internal and external auditors. IAM ensures thataccess provisioning, deprovisioning, and privilege assignments arewell-documented, compliant with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR),and supported by audit trails to help maintain a secure,compliant access environment and ensures the organization is consistentlyaudit-ready.

• Ensuresaccounts are created following client-s naming conventions and securityprotocols.- Provides user access and removal to all client systems,including but not limited to SOX systems.

• IntegratesIAM solutions with cloud-based and on-premises applications.-Monitors and troubleshootsidentity and access-related security issues.-

• Worksclosely with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to enhance IAMstrategies.-

• Worksclosely with all system owners to onboard existing & new systems into client-suser access review automation tool (Zilla).

• Understandsthe complete process of user access reviews, from user access lists to thefinal quarterly review.-Conductsperiodic user access reviews, audits, and remediation activities.-Conducts monthly validationwith business owners and reviews for all systems managed by IAM, includingSOX systems.-

• Documentsjob titles with system access and addresses incorrect access requests byeducating requesters on proper access.-

• Collaboratewith system owners to create/update the Record of Processing Activity(ROPA).-

• Investigatesand resolves issues related to user access, including but not limited topassword resets, account lockouts, and unauthorized access attempts.-

• AppliesPrivileged Access Management (PAM) best practices, templates, anddocumentation while also proposing improvements based on practicalknowledge.-

• Obtainsan exception from user leadership for all user access that does not meetthe user-s job function. Provides corrective measures to prevent therecurrence of identified access security issues.-

• Engagessenior management to provide factual, transparent, and timely reporting onexisting and emerging PAM or information security risks.-

• Investsin reviewing SIEM logs to report accounts that were created outside thestandard policy.-

• Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is [$65,000-75,000].

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
