Job description
Epic Wisdom Analyst We are seeking a skilled Epic Wisdom Analyst to support our Dental and Oral Health applications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Epic WISDOM build, configuration, and optimization, with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and integration with other Epic modules., Configure, build, and maintain the Epic WISDOM module to support dental operations and workflows. Partner with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for upgrades, patches, and new implementations. Develop reports, dashboards, and workflows that improve efficiency and patient experience. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies for patient data security. Collaborate with other Epic teams (Cadence, Resolute, MyChart, etc.) to support integration and cross-module workflows. Provide go-live and post-go-live support, including training and end-user assistance. Document workflows, build changes, and maintain system-related knowledge base.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst, with at least 1-2 years specializing in Epic WISDOM. Epic WISDOM Certification (required). Strong understanding of dental/oral health workflows. Experience with clinical documentation, scheduling, and billing workflows in Epic. Ability to perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver end-user support. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
