Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate enterprise cloud initiatives for the Air Force, guiding cross-functional teams through secure, multi-cloud delivery across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Kubernetes in DoD environments. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communications, while providing technical and strategic direction to the cloud delivery team. Expect collaboration with government clients and readiness to navigate agile, SAFe and hybrid DoD delivery models. This role focuses on driving transformational cloud programs and ensuring high-quality, compliant outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cross-functional teams to execute enterprise cloud initiatives across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and Kubernetes in DoD environments * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and deliverables per contract and government expectations * Organize, assign, and track IT development tickets (JIRA/Confluence) * Communicate project status to team, leads, PMs, and government management through reporting and meetings * Prepare documentation and briefs on status, budget, and schedules for customers and management * Familiarity with cloud networking and integration patterns; experience with cloud transformation methodologies and tools * Provide technical and strategic guidance to the cloud project team and review deliverables * Ensure quality standards and analyze project and financial performance * Interact with government clients, peers, management, and tech leads to maintain positive customer experience * Support the Air Force’s enterprise cloud transformation and cloud delivery orders Tasks * Bachelor * 4-7 years project management experience for mid-level and 9 years for senior-level * Active Secret security clearance * 4+ years IT/cloud management experience * Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid DoD delivery models * Ability to interact with government clients and stakeholders in a dynamic environment * Strong written, analytical, organizational, presentation, customer service, and facilitation skills Key requirements * health insurance * paid leave * retirement
