Experteer Overview In this role you lead day-to-day cloud delivery projects supporting Air Force cloud transformation. You guide cross-functional teams across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Kubernetes in DoD environments, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment with contract and government expectations. You provide strategic guidance, manage stakeholder communications, and drive quality in deliverables. This position offers meaningful impact by accelerating secure multi-cloud adoption for mission-critical systems. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cross-functional teams through enterprise cloud initiatives across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and Kubernetes-based platforms in DoD environments * Manage project scope, status, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and deliverables per contract requirements * Organize, assign, and track IT development tickets (JIRA/Confluence) * Communicate project status to team, leads, PMs, and government management * Prepare documentation and briefs on project status, budget, and schedules for customers and management * Familiarity with cloud networking and integration patterns * Experience with cloud transformation methodologies and tools * Provide technical and strategic guidance to the cloud project team and review deliverables * Conduct project meetings and track tasks to ensure quality standards Tasks * Bachelor’s degree (minimum) * 4+ years of project management experience for mid-level; 9+ years for senior-level * Active Secret security clearance * 4+ years of related IT/cloud management experience * Experience in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid DoD delivery models * Ability to interact with government clients and stakeholders in dynamic environments * Strong written, analytical, organizational, presentation, and facilitation skills Key requirements * health insurance * paid leave * retirement
