Job description

  • Architect, configure, and optimize LAN/WAN environments.
  • Troubleshoot major incidents and outages.
  • Lead security and performance enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Maintain network inventories and diagrams. Core Competencies:

  • Extreme Networks deployment and management
  • LAN/WAN engineering and optimization
  • Firewall, VLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS expertise
  • Mentorship and analytical skills

Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years.
  • Certifications: Extreme Networks Certification, CCNA+ level, IAT II.
  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise networking.
  • Technical Screening: * TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VLAN, VPN, MPLS. * Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco/Aruba/Ruckus wireless. * VMware NSX and advanced routing protocols.
