Sr. UX Designer, HR Experience Technology

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design end-to-end UX for Service Central, a unified platform that helps HR teams support millions of Amazonians. You’ll shape high-scale, intelligent, human-centered experiences that clearly separate automated steps from human actions. You’ll work across web and mobile, collaborating with researchers, PMs, engineers, and data scientists to define patterns that scale beyond your products. This is an opportunity to set design direction in a space where trust, clarity, and a path to real people matter most. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end design for complex products on Service Central across web and mobile, translating user insight, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences. * Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with precise specifications for engineering. * Design intelligent, human-centered interactions that reveal when a step is automated vs. human-handled. * Set direction on ambiguous problems, articulate trade-offs, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. * Contribute reusable patterns and standards to the wider design community, especially for human-machine interaction.
