Technical Analyst Lead

Experteer Overview As Technical Analyst Lead at the C5ISR Center, you steer a team of All-Source analysts to deliver integrated threat assessments that inform U.S. and coalition operations. You will lead analysis across multiple disciplines, converge national-level data, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders. The role centers on understanding sUAS, CBTs, and DoD threat dynamics, shaping actionable intelligence while mentoring others. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor a team of All-Source intelligence professionals * Perform all-source analysis and disseminate information to U.S. and coalition forces * Exploit multiple intelligence disciplines (TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) across classified data * Integrate national products and databases to identify threat patterns and UxS network activity * Develop expert understanding of Intel databases (M3, MIST, YETI, BODHI, PULSE, NRO Fade, SIGINT) * Provide analysis on uncrewed aerial systems (sUAS) and their operational use * Travel CONUS/OCONUS on short notice to disseminate threat information * Independently perform functional duties and oversee team operations Tasks * Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance * BA/BS and 10 years of experience * Military intelligence MOS background with formal training/school * Extensive military and/or IC experience in intelligence * Proven leadership in managing small teams and task delegation * Experience overseeing daily operations, mentoring, and optimizing workflows * Ability to evaluate team strengths/weaknesses and develop capabilities * Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills within teams * Knowledge of commercial-based and emerging technologies and their DoD impact * Strong writing and briefing skills for flag officer level analysis * Experience with functional analyses of CBT-enabled devices (RCIED, UxS) * Ability to determine I&W for UxS * Fusion of multi-source intelligence to assess threats and TTPs * Leading and presenting to both intelligence and technical communities * RFIs development and response initiatives * MS Office proficiency and use of intelligence automation tools * Ability to generate specialized analytical products Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare and retirement benefits * education and training opportunities * family support * competitive compensation
