Experteer Overview In this role you support Army ISR capability development and intelligence architecture efforts for aerial and terrestrial systems at Fort Huachuca. You work with cross-functional teams to produce architecture products, capability documents, and briefing materials that inform modernization initiatives. You will engage in research and technical writing to support ISR operations and intelligence collection programs. This position centers on integrated project work within ISTT/IC, emphasizing impact onNext-gen intelligence capabilities and collaboration in a classified, mission-focused environment. You help shape CONOPS and operational concepts for multi-domain intelligence collection. Compensation / Benefits * Support Army intelligence capability development for ISR systems, sensors, payloads, and collection operations * Research, analyze, and draft intelligence requirements documentation and capability development artifacts * Develop and update capability documents, operational concepts, briefing materials, white papers, and technical reports * Support ISTT/IC Architecture and Communications activities related to ISR operations and emerging technologies * Participate in IPTs, working groups, and planning discussions for Army modernization initiatives * Provide research and analytical support for Communications/Architecture and multi-domain operations * Collaborate with government personnel and cross-functional teams to develop Communications Architecture products Tasks * Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility * Mastery-level experience in an intelligence-related discipline or military MI/ISR operations * Mastery-level experience in intelligence operations, management, production, or research * Experience drafting and editing technical communications and architecture documentation and briefing materials * Experience supporting intelligence operations, capability development, or military operational planning * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * U.S. Citizenship * Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of relevant experience Key requirements *
