Experteer Overview In this hybrid role within Cisco’s fast-growing CX Platform, you will build and evolve scalable full-stack applications that enhance the AI-enabled customer experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design reliable systems and integrate AI/ML capabilities, guiding software delivery through modern CI/CD practices. You’ll help advance Cisco’s platform strategy by delivering high-quality, secure solutions that impact customer outcomes. This is a hand-on, fast-paced opportunity to shape a cloud-native, AI-driven CX ecosystem. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and enhance scalable full-stack applications for the CX Platform. * Design reliable, high-performing systems with AI/ML-driven capabilities. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in agile development. * Contribute to architecture, development, testing, and CI/CD practices. * Deliver maintainable solutions that improve customer outcomes and support AI-enabled platform strategy. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years (formal education details not specified). * Experience with Golang, Python, Pytest, SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript. * Experience with microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Experience integrating AI features, event-driven architecture (Apache Kafka), and real-time data pipelines. * Experience with RESTful API design, API security, or data modeling.
