Job description

Role: Java Backend Lead Developer WITH AI EXPERIENCE Skills: Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka Mandatory Skill: Spring Batch, Angular Location: ONLY Austin, TX - 3 days a week, Day one onsite. (Look for Local Candidates) Must be legally authorized to work in US without need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.

Requirements

Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience. Should be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects. Should have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka. Should have hands-on experience in their current projects. Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies. Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool. MOST IMPORTANT: Team Lead experience - experience In managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years). Good Communication. 100% written confirmation on working from the client office - no remote working (not negotiable) Flexible work from home options available.
