Job description
This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile technologist who enjoys solving real-world business problems across the stack and working closely with both technical and business teams., As a Technology Generalist, you will support and enhance operational technology systems while contributing to application development, integrations, cloud support, and database solutions. This role combines:
- Application & production support
- Cloud infrastructure support
- API and integration development
- Database development and troubleshooting

Operational problem solving We are looking for someone hands-on, analytical, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a collaborative environment., Operational & Application Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across applications, databases, and cloud-hosted environments
- Act as an escalation point for application and integration incidents
- Analyze recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
- Monitor production environments and support operational stability
Application & Integration Development

Design, develop, and maintain applications using: o C# o Python o JavaScript o React
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs
- Improve application performance, usability, and reliability
- Support integrations between internal and third-party systems
Database & Data Support
- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and views
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance
Cloud & Infrastructure Support
- Support cloud-based environments and hosted applications
- Assist with deployments, upgrades, and environment configurations
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain infrastructure reliability
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Document operational procedures and technical solutions
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Contribute to service quality and system stability initiatives, + Operational issues are resolved quickly and effectively
- Business-critical applications remain stable and performant
- APIs and integrations scale reliably with business needs
- Technology becomes a trusted and responsive partner for stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience developing web-based applications

Strong hands-on experience with: o REST APIs o C# o Python o JavaScript o React o SQL Server
- Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience supporting production applications and operational environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, + Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Familiarity with source control systems
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
- Background in application support, production support, or DevOps-related environments
