Experteer Overview You will own and evolve the enterprise AI platform ecosystem to be scalable, secure, and impactful. In a high-autonomy role, you’ll partner with engineering, security, legal, and business leaders to turn AI capabilities into reliable infrastructure and governance. You’ll influence platform architecture, drive adoption, and shape long-term direction across enterprise initiatives, delivering practical, production-ready AI solutions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Own the architecture and evolution of the enterprise AI platform ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance * Drive platform strategy through build-versus-buy analysis, cost modeling, and risk assessment to guide investments * Design self-service platform capabilities to accelerate enterprise-wide AI tool adoption * Build and standardize internal APIs, SDKs, and infrastructure-as-code solutions for reusable integrations * Lead transition from manual admin to automated, API-driven platform operations * Establish and scale IAM, audit logging, and governance frameworks for security and compliance * Translate platform usage, cost, and adoption telemetry into actionable guidance for procurement and roadmaps * Lead incident response strategy and implement monitoring/alerting to improve reliability Tasks * 8+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, or IT operations in enterprise environments * 4+ years building/administering enterprise SaaS platforms at scale; 1-2 years with enterprise AI platforms * Ability to influence architecture and roadmap via hands-on design and advisory work * Experience building internal platforms with self-service tooling, APIs, SDKs, and IaC * Deep expertise in IAM, audit logging, and governance for cloud systems * Mentoring engineers and influencing technical standards across teams * Strong scripting/automation in Python, Bash, or equivalent * Experience with monitoring/alerting tools like Datadog, PagerDuty, or CloudWatch * Experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or Cursor Key requirements * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Telehealth coverage * Flexible work schedules and work from home opportunities * 401(k) matching program * Adoption Assistance * Fertility treatments
