Software Engineer (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications
• Develop scalable backend APIs and services
• Build modern React-based user experiences
• Collaborate directly with the founder to shape product direction
• Mentor junior engineers and help establish engineering best practices
• Build integrations with public and third-party data sources
• Develop analytics dashboards and reporting experiences
• Participate in architectural decisions as the platform evolves
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows throughout the software development lifecycle
• Help scale the engineering organization as the company grows

We’re looking for a highly motivated Mid-Level to Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up and wants meaningful ownership over both the technology and the product., * 4+ years (Mid-Level) or 7+ years (Senior) professional software engineering experience

• Strong experience building production web applications
• Experience with Python and modern backend development
• Strong React and TypeScript experience
• Experience designing RESTful APIs
• Experience working with PostgreSQL
• Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS
• Comfortable working in startup environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar as part of daily development
