Vice President, Technology

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide strategic analytical insights to empower leadership decisions within Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Technology ecosystem. You will partner with business and SME teams to translate requirements into scalable data products and campaigns, supporting simulation models and firm-wide strategic initiatives. You’ll own end-to-end analysis across product development stages and ensure data quality and clear visualization of results. The position offers cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on data-driven decision making in a global financial services context. Compensation / Benefits * Provide strategic analytic insights to support decision-making * Liaise with business partners to understand requirements and prioritize work * Collaborate with Wealth Management Tech, Data Science, and Marketing Tech to identify data sources and build campaign support for simulation models * Design scalable data products and solutions for firm strategic initiatives * Conduct end-to-end analysis across product development and deliver leadership-ready insights * Support project delivery and oversee operational tasks to maintain business continuity * Deliver data outputs with rigorous quality checks and present results via data visualization tools Tasks * Master’s degree in Economics, Data Science, or related field * 3 years in the role or as an Associate/Analyst or similar * Experience with Datawarehouse platforms, Hadoop, Snowflake * BI tools: Dataiku, Python, Pandas, Numpy, Excel VBA * Data visualization: Tableau, PowerBI * Experience developing performance measurement and benchmarking for product/service launches * Knowledge of financial products and markets (Alternative investments, Capital markets, Traditional Investment products, Insured Solutions) * Data governance, data quality, and regulatory considerations * Program management * Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights for senior leadership Key requirements * telecommuting up to 1 day per week * comprehensive employee benefits and perks * opportunities to move within the business * global offices and diverse teams
