Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will lead development of enterprise applications for the Finance division, focusing on automating balance sheet processes and regulatory reporting. You will maintain a technology platform used by Finance Regulatory Controllers to gather and report capital, liquidity, and financial data. You’ll build and modernize applications handling large data volumes, financial calculations, and complex reporting, while advancing SDLC practices and cloud adoption. The role also involves pioneering AI initiatives with Snowflake Cortex to integrate data capabilities, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain enterprise finance applications and reporting systems * Automate balance sheet processes and regulatory reporting workflows * Maintain and evolve the Finance Regulatory Controllers platform * Build data-heavy applications for complex calculations and reporting * Implement and improve SDLC with Agile practices * Modernize tech stack towards cloud-based solutions * Pursue AI initiatives using Snowflake Cortex to enable Talk to Your Data Tasks * Bachelor in Electronic Engineering (or related field); five years in a similar role or five years as Software Engineer/Manager/Principal Consultant * Five years’ experience with SDLC, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, DevOps, Jenkins, MS SQL Server, Autosys, data analysis, data modeling, business analysis, and Agile methodologies * Three years of experience with Teradata and Snowflake; Scala and Python; Tableau; financial accounting; system reliability engineering Key requirements * telecommuting up to 2 days per week * comprehensive employee benefits * competitive base salary * incentive compensation and bonuses * opportunity for career advancement * diversity and inclusion initiatives
