SAP Project Manager Lead Advisor / Program Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead SAP program delivery for enterprise clients, driving organizational and process transformations. You work with cross-functional teams and client leadership to ensure value delivery, margin, and timely outcomes. You manage multi-project execution, risks, and governance to meet objectives. You collaborate with vendors and client teams to architect and deliver cohesive SAP solutions. This is a strategic leadership role within a global IT services organization focused on large-scale SAP initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and team calendars; monitor execution and resource availability * Create project charters, manage scope, and generate change requests aligned with margin and revenue targets * Manage risks, issues, and decision processes; document key decisions throughout execution * Serve as primary escalation point and coordinate resolution per governance structures * Provide accurate status reporting to internal and client stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly, Stage Gate) * Mobilize effective project management practices in line with client culture to maximize objective achievement * Lead day-to-day SAP projects; analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP and related components * Manage SAP greenfield implementations and brownfield upgrades, plus related non-SAP initiatives * Collaborate with SAP program managers, architects, and analysts to ensure delivery * Communicate clearly with clients about methodology, technology, and functionality * Coordinate with client leadership and vendor project teams to deliver a cohesive project * Motivate the delivery team to high performance and optimize conditions for success * Oversee project financials to meet revenue and margin targets Tasks * 15+ years of SAP experience * 10+ years of program/project management * 5+ years of S/4 HANA experience as PM * Experience managing at least 4 full life cycle SAP implementation projects * Strong SAP Activate Methodology experience and presentation skills * Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs and stakeholder management * Ability to manage multi-vendor environments and complex governance Key requirements *
