Experteer Overview As a Senior Business Analyst in Kearney’s Digital & Analytics practice, you help translate digital, data, AI, and technology into measurable business value across industries. You support end-to-end technology-enabled transformations, identifying high-value opportunities and delivering value through improved processes and operating models. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and recommendations, supporting implementation and value realization. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, digital, data, AI, and technology transformation, offering meaningful impact and growth. Compensation / Benefits * Support digital, data, AI, and technology transformation engagements from strategy through implementation to realize value * Analyze complex business challenges using qualitative and quantitative data to develop data-driven recommendations * Assess processes, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify high-value use cases * Translate priorities into solution concepts, requirements, roadmaps, and transformation plans * Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to support business cases and executive decisions * Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders to shape solutions and support scaling * Develop executive-level presentations, facilitate client workshops, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders * Leverage generative AI and AI-assisted tools to enhance research, analysis, and rapid prototyping while ensuring quality and relevance Tasks * 3+ years of consulting experience or experience in a digital-focused organization * Experience supporting business transformation, digital, analytics, or AI initiatives * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with structured analyses and clear recommendations * Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, user stories, and implementation plans * Demonstrated use of generative AI and AI-assisted tools with sound judgment on output quality and risk * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluency with data and technology to collaborate with data scientists and engineers * Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to produce executive-ready materials * Strong interpersonal skills for team-based, client-facing work * Willing to relocate to or be located near Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, or Washington, D.C.
