Kearney Digital & Analytics Senior Business Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients translate digital, data, AI, and technology into measurable business value through end-to-end transformation programs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, assess processes and operating models, and craft roadmaps that realize value. You’ll develop executive-level recommendations and support adoption and value realization across enterprise transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Support digital, data, AI, and technology transformation engagements from strategy through implementation, identifying opportunities to improve processes and operating models and realize value * Analyze complex business challenges using qualitative and quantitative data to develop data-driven recommendations * Assess processes, workflows, and technology capabilities to identify high-value digital, data, analytics, and AI use cases * Translate priorities into solution concepts, requirements, roadmaps, and transformation plans aligned with client objectives * Conduct market, operational, and financial analyses to support business cases, value realization, and executive decisions * Collaborate with consultants, data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders to shape solutions and support implementation at scale * Develop executive presentations, facilitate client workshops, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders * Use generative AI and AI-assisted tools to enhance research, analysis, workflow design, prototyping, and client delivery while assessing output quality Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent in digital/analytics/A I initiatives * Experience supporting business transformation, digital, analytics, or AI initiatives * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to structure analyses and synthesize findings * Ability to translate business needs into requirements, use cases, user stories, and implementation plans * Experience using generative AI and AI-assisted tools to accelerate research and prototyping with sound judgment * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluency with data and technology to work with data scientists and engineers * Strong written and verbal communication and client-facing collaboration skills * Willingness to relocate to listed U.S. and Canadian cities Key requirements * Structured learning and development opportunities * Generous retirement/pension contributions * Comprehensive medical insurance for employees and families * Talent mobility and flexible work programs * Externships to pursue personal and professional goals
