IT - Principal Technical Manufacturing Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and implement digital manufacturing ecosystems around INFICON FPS Digital Twin to optimize semiconductor fab operations. You will collaborate with IT, Ops, Engineering, and MES teams to deliver data-driven, end-to-end architectures enabling faster cycle times, higher throughput, and predictive insights. You will drive data integration, system upgrades, and automation across manufacturing platforms, shaping a scalable smart factory. This is a hands-on, high-impact position at the core of factory digital transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Architect INFICON FPS Digital Twin for smart factory visualization and simulation of real-time factory conditions * Lead ETL design from PROMIS MES and XSite to FPS Data Warehouse ensuring data accuracy and performance * Support upgrades, performance tuning, and complex issue resolution * Implement and configure PROMIS MES in a semiconductor fab * Partner with IT, Operations, Engineering, and Equipment Engineering stakeholders * Drive automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across manufacturing systems and reporting platforms Tasks * 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing systems or factory automation with senior architect responsibilities * Hands-on experience with INFICON FPS Digital Twin, factory scheduling systems, and manufacturing reporting platforms * Strong ETL and data integration expertise from MES, XSite, and other databases into data warehouses * Deep PROMIS MES implementation experience (flows, routing, configuration) * Experience supporting equipment maintenance management systems * Ability to troubleshoot complex, high-availability fab environments * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * SQL and database management proficiency * Comfort with fast-paced, production-critical environments * Self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with continuous improvement focus Key requirements *
