Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and deployment of Data and AI initiatives for enterprise-scale environments. You will shape AI/ML strategy and build scalable pipelines for LLMs and analytics, while governing AWS cloud deployments and cost. You will transform legacy data silos into modern data architectures to enable real-time insights, with emphasis on AI ethics and security. Compensation / Benefits * Design architectural framework to scale AI/ML models and pipelines (LLMs, Generative AI, predictive analytics) * Lead AWS environments governance including VPC, serverless (Lambda), and FinOps optimization * Overhaul legacy data silos into Data Lakehouse/Data Mesh for real-time BI * Establish data privacy guardrails and enforce AWS security (IAM, GuardDuty) Tasks * Cloud Platform proficiency in AWS (S3, SageMaker, Redshift, Glue, Bedrock, EKS) * Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Apache Spark for large-scale processing * Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain for integrating AI into workflows * Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation * 8-10 years of experience * Databricks mandatory Key requirements * medical and dental benefits * disability insurance * paid time off including sick leave * other paid and unpaid leave options
