Software Engineer III

Experteer Overview In this Software Engineer III role, you contribute to the Discovery team’s work on AI-powered search and chatbot systems at Chewy. You help design scalable, high-performance backend services that leverage large language models, embeddings, and vector search to deliver personalized customer experiences. You will collaborate with data science, cloud engineering, and product partners to shape architecture and drive end-to-end delivery. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on impact, platform quality, and developer productivity.
