Lead Software Engineer

Developing scalable and secure full stack web applications. (AWS , node.js, angular, JavaScript, grunt, sass, karma, mocha). Developing highly scalable event driven micro services. (AWS, Python, RMQ, flask, docker containers, MySql, Couchbase DB, Snowflake). Developing highly scalable and secure Restful APIs interacting with both internal and external clients. (AWS, Python, C#, MySql, Couchbase DB, Snowflake). Optimizing for speed and efficiency. Database and data retrieval and storage optimization, as needed. Re-designing a business workflow in our software to more efficiently handle a recurring process as needed. Writing an A/B test to determine what may work better for our internal teams or our clients. Building out robust systems that are fast, testable, scalable, and as bug free as possible. Designing a data storage environment that is scalable, performant, and allows for flexibility in timed data retrieval across a wide variety of data sources. Provide code, devise solutions to difficult performance, data workflow, storage, and data retention challenges. Work in a variety of technologies and languages including Java, C#, Python, PHP, NodeJS, MySQL, Couchbase DB, Snowflake, redis, nginx, etc.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or foreign equivalent) or a related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or a related field. Special Requirements: Experience with the following: 1) Knowledge of all aspects of a modern web application. 2) Knowledge of at least one OO language (C#, Java) 3) Knowledge of Front End development stack and HTML(5), CSS(3) and javascript, including jquery and SASS. 4) Knowledge of different web servers and architecting caching solutions. 5) Experience with a big relational (MySql, SQLServer) and database systems. 6) Ability to draft and visually communicate technology/design/architecture concepts. 7) Designing RESTful services 8) Working with Payment Gateway Providers
