Job description

The System Joint Replacement Program Coordinator is a non-clinical position responsible for system-wide coordination, quality oversight, data management, regulatory reporting, registry administration, and performance improvement for the Joint Replacement Programs at PIH Health Whittier Hospital (PHWH), PIH Health Downey Hospital (PHDH), and PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital (PHGSH). The incumbent collaborates with multidisciplinary stakeholders to standardize processes, monitor outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives. This position does not provide direct patient care or require clinical licensure. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.   • Advanced Windows and Microsoft Office applications skills preferred Required Experience

  • 3 years experience interacting with patients in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in working with orthopedic registries and accreditation bodies
  • High School Diploma or GED required
