Sr Applications Developer, Oracle Recruiting

Experteer Overview In this role you will be the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) expert within a large, integrated enterprise. You’ll shape end-to-end HR tech solutions by understanding upstream and downstream data flows and partnering with Product Managers and business teams. You will drive design, implementation, and automation to improve data integrity and system harmony. The position offers impact across global Talent Acquisition technology and a chance to influence how the organization scales its HR tools. This is a hands-on, architecture-focused role with a cross-functional, mission-driven team.
