Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, enhancement and support of Oracle Hyperion EPM solutions to enable robust planning, forecasting and reporting. You’ll work closely with Finance, Accounting and FP&A teams to translate requirements into scalable Hyperion implementations. You’ll oversee configuration, deployment, testing and knowledge transfer across planning, consolidation and reporting processes. This role offers remote flexibility for qualified applicants in St. Louis, with a strong focus on business impact and finance transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional architecture, configuration and deployment of Hyperion EPM applications (Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE/FDM, DRM) * Partner with Finance/FP&A to gather and translate requirements into scalable Hyperion solutions * Administer and enhance Hyperion Planning and Essbase environments (dimensions, rules, data forms, reporting) * Support financial close, consolidation and reporting by ensuring data integrity and operational continuity * Drive testing across unit, system integration and user acceptance; develop documentation and conduct user training * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives and reporting needs * Oversee implementation and optimization initiatives across EPM environments Tasks * 8+ years of experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Hyperion/EPM applications (Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE/FDM, DRM) * Proven experience in 3-4 full lifecycle Hyperion implementation projects in functional/techno-functional roles * Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and consolidation processes * Hands-on expertise with Essbase calculations, Hyperion business rules, Smart View and financial reporting solutions * Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Paid Holidays plus Paid Time Off * 401(k) Plan and Company Contributions * Long-term and Short-term Disability Coverage * Paid Parental Leave * Employee Stock Purchase Plan
