Job description

Experteer Overview As an ERP Solutions Analyst, you configure, develop, and support cloud-based ERP solutions with focus on Oracle and UKG Cloud to enable digital transformation. You collaborate with business and IT teams to translate needs into scalable, secure technical solutions. You monitor performance, implement automation, and deliver integrations, reports, and extensions that improve efficiency. You work across ERP components, ensuring alignment with architecture and change management processes. This role offers the chance to shape healthcare IT infrastructure and analytics in a leading academic medical center context. Compensation / Benefits * Configure and debug ERP setups for Oracle and/or UKG Cloud applications * Develop integrations, reports/analytics, and fast-formula implementations for SaaS and data warehouses * Maintain ERP programming objects (integrations, fast-formula, personalizations, PaaS extensions) * Implement components in Oracle/UKG Cloud Infrastructure (Integration Cloud, Object Storage, Autonomous Data Warehouse) * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ERP integrations and reports for performance * Perform scheduled and ad-hoc integrations and reporting based on events or triggers * Provide end-user technical support for integration, reporting, and fast-formula issues * Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party providers on technical issues * Follow change management procedures for ERP program development and customizations * Mentor junior technical staff and contribute to multi-environment projects * Capture requirements, prepare technical specs, and support ERP upgrades/migrations * Support reporting and analytics for academic medical center operations (financials, HR, payroll, supply chain) Tasks * Three (3) plus years of ERP implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and migrations (Cloud and On-Premise) * Project management experience and knowledge of PM methodologies * UKG Cloud experience with Timekeeping and Scheduling modules (setup, configuration, customization, reporting, integration) * Experience with UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling implementation lifecycle (conversion, design, config, testing, deployment) * Post-go-live support and maintenance of UKG Timekeeping and Scheduling in ERP ecosystem * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a technical field (preferred) * Oracle Cloud and/or UKG certification(s) preferred Key requirements *
