Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Consultant

Experteer Overview In this Delivery Consultant role, you’ll support Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, focusing on design, build, and delivery of integrations, data conversions, and reporting. You’ll coordinate across HR, security, and tech teams to manage risks and ensure successful go-lives. You’ll help with data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and cutover activities to enable accurate migrations, while shaping reporting solutions for stakeholders. This position sits within Deloitte’s GPS practice, contributing to HR transformation with technology and AI. Compensation / Benefits * Support the design, build, and delivery of technical integrations, data conversions, and/or reporting for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Identify cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations; escalate risks or issues * Support integration design and execution across Oracle Cloud HCM and connected systems (inbound/outbound interfaces, middleware, data mapping, validation) * Contribute to data conversion activities (extraction, cleansing, transformation, load prep, reconciliation, cutover) for legacy system migration * Assist reporting workstream by gathering requirements, developing operational/compliance reports, validating data quality and stakeholder needs * Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to track risks, dependencies, and issues across integrations, conversions, and reporting; assist testing, go-live, and stabilization Tasks * 2+ years delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 1+ years supporting or leading integrations for a full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
