Oracle HCM Core HR Module Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead large-scale Oracle HCM implementations for public sector clients, shaping how HR, technology, and processes align to drive workforce performance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design, deliver, and stabilize complex solutions while guiding change management and user adoption. Your work will span requirements, design, integration, and post-go-live support, impacting tens of thousands of employees. This role offers meaningful impact in transforming HR using emerging technology and AI-enabled insights. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops, guide solution design and best practices, manage risks and stakeholder communications with compliance and operational alignment * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and ensure traceability * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption and successful outcomes * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide solution decisions and delivery planning * Lead cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality and milestones * Partner with public sector stakeholders supporting large workforces to define requirements and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years of experience with end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * strong communication and leadership skills * ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * ability to lead projects or workstreams * ability to provide clear guidance to others Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * professional development opportunities
