Experteer Overview In this role you design, develop and implement Power Platform solutions to turn business ideas into scalable applications. You work with cross-functional teams to extend Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems, while guiding customers on governance and lifecycle best practices. You’ll run workshops, provide technical support, and stay current with Microsoft credentials. This role offers meaningful impact by delivering data-driven, low-code solutions and continuous learning in a dynamic European tech consultancy context. Pay / Benefits * Design, develop and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages * Advise customers on governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Power Platform with broader MS 365 and Azure ecosystems * Conduct workshops and training sessions; provide technical support to customers * Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building Tasks * 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services * Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable qualification * Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems * Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus * Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT-based solutions * Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles * Good programming skills, preferably with C#/.NET * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions * Consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English * Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new developments Key requirements * flexible hybrid working * laptop and smartphone for private use * health programs * team events * excellent public transport connection * food vouchers
