AI Engineer

As our AI Engineer, you sit at the intersection of business and technology. You understand the outcomes we deliver for our clients, capture the expertise of our specialists, and build the AI solutions that accelerate and improve how that work gets done. Tasks

• Understand the outcomes we realize for our clients and use AI to accelerate and improve how we deliver them
• Map Leadout’s delivery methodology and translate it into agent-ready processes and knowledge structures
• Work with our domain experts to capture their expertise into reusable AI assets (skills, knowledge files, playbooks)
• Design and build agentic workflows that automate data collection, analysis and reconciliation work
• Run rapid experiments and spikes on real cases to prove what works
• Drive adoption across the team, from analysts to senior consultants

• A professional with a degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field
• Experienced in building and deploying AI or agentic solutions that run in a real business environment
• Technically grounded: you understand databases, APIs, data structures and developer tooling, even if you are not a classic software developer
• A bridge builder: you think in business processes first, technology second
• Able to own this capability independently and earn trust with founders and domain experts
• Familiar with agent orchestration, context engineering or workflow automation (e.g. Claude, Copilot, LLM APIs)
• Fluent in English, written and spoken, in an international environment

• A mandate to design and build Leadout’s agentic AI capability
• Direct collaboration with founders and domain experts who are fully committed to this direction
