Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize procurement processes and vendor relationships with a focus on Coupa. You will work across IT and finance to drive cost-effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance in sourcing and accounts payable. You’ll lead process design, testing, and adoption of procurement tools, shaping how the organization procures goods and services. This position offers hybrid work in Lake Forest, IL and the chance to impact sustainability through efficient supplier and spend management. Pay / Benefits * Lead and support procurement operations using Coupa, including PO and invoice template creation, approval workflows, and supplier onboarding. * Process map cross-functional functions to identify efficiencies and draft current/future state processes. * Document, monitor, and implement integration processes to ensure compliance and standardization. * Design and implement change requests in accordance with ITGC policies. * Lead business test planning and execution, drafting scenarios and obtaining sign-off. * Develop and maintain spend reports, supplier performance metrics, and compliance dashboards. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice/PO discrepancies. * Drive adoption of Coupa Supplier Portal, CXML onboarding, and e-invoicing initiatives. * Support Coupa platform enhancements and troubleshoot with Coupa support. * Partner with finance and AP teams to ensure accurate billing and accruals. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field. * 5+ years in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years using Coupa. * Strong understanding of P2P lifecycle and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Coupa certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
