IT Procurement Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst II to support procurement operations, strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management activities, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements across procurement and supply chain functions., * Manage procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, supplier onboarding, and contract support.

• Analyze supplier performance, pricing, spend trends, and procurement metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support RFQ, RFP, and supplier evaluation processes.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review and manage purchase orders, contracts, statements of work, and related procurement documentation.
• Partner with operations, finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to support purchasing requirements.
• Track procurement activities and provide reporting on supplier performance, savings initiatives, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Assist with contract negotiations and vendor management activities.

Do you have a valid Certified Supply Chain Professional certification?, Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management experience.
• Experience with supplier relationship management and procurement processes.
• Experience supporting RFQ/RFP activities and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and procurement-related systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Knowledge of supplier performance management and procurement analytics.
