Job description

Develop semiconductor test solutions including ATE test programs, loadboards, sockets, and hardware for platforms such as Advantest V93K, Teradyne ETS, and UltraFLEX. Create and manage test plans, specifications, FMEA documentation, and development timelines. Deploy test solutions to OSAT partners and manage outsourced test development activities. Support product engineering with yield improvement, troubleshooting, and production test optimisation. Collaborate with international cross-functional teams and external partners.

Requirements

5+ years’ semiconductor test development experience. Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering. Strong knowledge of analog/digital test methodologies (RF experience advantageous). Experience developing ATE solutions, ideally with Advantest V93K. Proficiency in ATE programming languages (C/C++, Java) and full-chip test solution development, including hardware design. Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team environment.
