Experteer Overview In this role you will drive high-speed FPGA-based data processing initiatives, owning the development lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will craft scalable RTL designs, build robust verification strategies, and collaborate across hardware, software, and system teams. Your mentorship will help grow the team’s expertise, while you explore new technologies to keep our FPGA solutions cutting-edge. Pay / Benefits * Drive innovation by evaluating and applying new technologies for high-speed FPGA-based data processing systems * Take ownership of FPGA development tasks from concept definition through verification and delivery * Design, implement, and maintain RTL designs that are high-quality, scalable, and well-documented * Develop and execute simulation and verification strategies to ensure design quality and robustness * Participate in FPGA architecture definition, design reviews, and code reviews * Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle * Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge within the team Tasks * B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of professional experience in FPGA digital design (telecommunications or high-performance computing environment preferred) * Strong proficiency in VHDL or Verilog/SystemVerilog * Solid understanding of digital design principles (FSMs, pipelining, CDC, resets, timing analysis/closure) * In-depth knowledge of AMD/Xilinx FPGA technologies and tools * Experience with FPGA simulation/verification: QuestaSim, ModelSim or equivalent * Experience with hardware/software co-design * Experience with version control (Git) Key requirements * induction program * international working environment * flexible working time models * home office days * salary commensurate with experience * profit sharing and benefits (bike leasing, PC leasing, pension)
