Transformation Management Lead - ERP Oracle Fusion Program

Experteer Overview In this role you drive SGS’s global ERP transformation via Oracle Fusion, leading the Transformation Management Office and aligning the ERP design with the Finance Target Operating Model. You will coordinate finance, IT, and regional stakeholders to standardize processes, govern the program, and realize business value across countries. Pay / Benefits * Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO) * Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap execution * Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model * Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners globally * Maintain governance across all program workstreams * Drive global process standardization and best-practice adoption * Implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions with minimal customization * Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements * Establish robust process ownership and governance * Establish and lead governance structures and executive steering committees * Manage risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making processes * Monitor program performance via KPIs and executive dashboards * Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams * Drive organizational readiness and change management activities * Oversee training and deployment readiness * Support transition into business-as-usual operations * Own delivery of the approved business case and transformation outcomes * Measure financial and operational benefits * Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned programs * Ensure sustainable value creation post-deployment Tasks * 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale programs * Proven experience leading global ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion * Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation * Experience in Shared Services and Global Business Services environments * Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments * Strong understanding of finance processes including R2R, P2P and O2C * Executive presence with influencing and stakeholder management skills * Ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives without direct authority * Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution * Expertise in program governance, risk management and benefits realization * Excellent communication, presentation and change leadership skills * Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making * Resilience, adaptability and continuous improvement mindset * MBA is an advantage; PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred; Change Management certification is a plus * Change Management certification (Prosci) is a plus Key requirements *
