Lead AI and Data Science Engineer II

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the data science component of Talent strategy work, blending research design, statistics, ML, and application development to tackle workforce challenges. You’ll partner with Talent, business, and IT stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, tools, and recommendations. You’ll shape research design and analytical methods while mentoring junior data scientists across the analytics lifecycle. This position sits within Deloitte’s Talent Experience & Engagement and People Analytics teams, focusing on strategic AI and GenAI initiatives to drive workforce decision-making.
