Experteer Overview In this role, you drive advanced analytics, AI, and GenAI initiatives to inform Talent strategy and workforce decisions. You’ll lead complex data science work spanning research design to application development, translating workforce data into actionable insights and tools. You will mentor junior scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver leadership-ready analytics and AI-powered solutions that scale across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Shape analytics strategy and priorities for the People Analytics portfolio * Collaborate with Talent, business, and IT leaders to translate needs into analytics opportunities and AI-enabled solutions * Design research plans and apply advanced statistics and ML to generate actionable insights * Develop full-stack GenAI applications and support data pipelines with ETL/CI/CD best practices * Mentor and guide junior/mid-level data scientists across the analytics lifecycle * Provide project governance and ensure high-quality deliverables across complex analytics initiatives Tasks * Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline * 6+ years in data science, analytics, or applied research * Proficiency in Python and SQL; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS * Experience applying multivariate statistics and ML methods (regression, SEM, factor analysis, decision trees, clustering, dimension reduction) in Spark or Databricks * Experience developing AI/GenAI applications and ETL/pipeline design * Demonstrated leadership in AI strategy and tools adoption * Mentorship experience across analytics lifecycle * Ability to travel 0-10% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
