Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant, you collaborate with ERP teams to deliver end-to-end Workday and EPM solutions for finance, SCM, or manufacturing planning. You guide workstreams, capture requirements, design prototypes, and support testing and training, shaping transformative ERP deployments for large enterprises. You’ll work within Deloitte’s Momentum approach to enable rapid value delivery and client involvement. This role offers depth across Workday Adaptive Planning with opportunities to lead and mentor. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams and document business/management requirements * Provide functional design, prototyping, testing, and user training * Configure Workday software and support prioritization/sequencing of workstreams * Create documentation, test cases, and collateral; coordinate schedules * Support project leadership and maintain project governance and collateral Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products * 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations/deployments * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Workday Adaptive certification or completion of relevant Workday certification upon joining * Ability to travel up to 50% on average Key requirements *
