Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations within the Emerging ERP Solutions team, collaborating with client teams to deliver finance and supply chain transformation. You will lead workstreams, shape functional design, and ensure rapid value realization through Deloitte’s Momentum approach. You’ll work with large enterprise clients across industries, focusing on adaptive planning and performance management. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams and document business and management requirements * Develop functional designs and prototypes, including flow mapping and scenario design * Coordinate testing, user training, and transition to support procedures * Configure Workday software and prioritize/sequencing workstream efforts * Create documentation and collateral, assist leadership as needed * Support comprehensive, full-lifecycle implementations (Financials, SCM or Adaptive Planning) across industries Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products * 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Workday Adaptive certification or completion of relevant Workday certification upon joining * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
