Experteer Overview In this role you will design Google Gemini services and oversee delivery across onshore and offshore teams. You’ll manage client relationships, shape technology-enabled solutions, and drive business growth with existing clients. The position blends strategy, technology, and creativity to transform customer experiences at scale. You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to new sales opportunities within a global practice. Compensation / Benefits * Design and govern Google Gemini services for client engagements * Lead delivery across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring quality and scope * Manage client relationships and sponsor interactions at senior levels * Drive business development, including pursuit leadership, scope and pricing * Provide coaching and leadership for delivery staff and local offices * Oversee requirements gathering, design, prototyping, data migration, cutover, training, and support procedures Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * Minimum 5 years of end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience * At least 2 years with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents, Agent Assist or Quality AI, and analytics tools (BigQuery & Looker) * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) * Eligible for limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
