Experteer Overview As a Technical Transformation Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you design Google Gemini services and oversee onshore and offshore delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Design and oversee Google Gemini service delivery for client engagements * Manage onshore and offshore development teams and project delivery * Advise clients on Gemini best practices and quality assurance * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities at existing clients * Lead and mentor delivery staff, including staffing and recruitment input * Manage business requirements, functional design, process design, user stories, prototyping, testing, data migration, and cutover readiness * Support pursuit teams or lead aspects of proposal development and pricing strategies * Build and maintain senior-client relationships and manage day-to-day project sponsorship Tasks * Minimum 5 years of consulting or industry experience * At least 5 years hands-on, end-to-end delivery with GCP Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience * At least 2 years experience with GECX Self-service with Conversational Agents, GECX Agent Assist or GECX Quality AI, and analytics tools like BigQuery & Looker * Ability to travel up to 50% * Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
