Agentic Capability AI and Data Science Engineer

Experteer Overview As an Agentic Capability Engineer, you design, build, and sustain the agentic infrastructure powering AI-driven delivery at scale. You work on agent systems, reusable patterns, and MCP servers to enable orchestration across platforms. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, performance, and developer productivity. This role offers the opportunity to shape AI-enabled workflows for enterprise clients and contribute to transformational outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement agent system architecture with DevSecOps for AI workflows * Build and maintain AI agents, agent systems, and reusable skills/workflows for delivery teams * Develop and govern prompt/context engineering patterns for consistent outputs * Stand up MCP servers, CLI tools, and agent testing frameworks * Deliver platform configuration and integrations (CI/CD, environments, guardrails) * Standardize orchestration components for enterprise reuse * Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of agent delivery capabilities * Provide technical guidance to ADEs and AEMs on agentic infrastructure usage Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering * 7+ years of software engineering with platform or infrastructure impact * 5+ years building/deploying/integrating AI/ML systems in production * 5+ years of cloud platforms and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Kubernetes) * 2+ years experience with prompt engineering and context optimization * 2+ years designing reusable tools, frameworks, or developer productivity infrastructure * Ability to travel ~50% * Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
