Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant, you will guide full-lifecycle ERP projects in finance, SCM, or adaptive planning. You will collaborate with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams to deliver transformational planning solutions using Deloitte’s Momentum approach. You’ll lead workstreams, gather requirements, and design prototypes, tests, and training to accelerate value delivery. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on configuration and documentation to support complex, large-enterprise implementations. Your work will shape how clients plan, execute, and optimize finance and supply chain activities at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams and document business and management requirements * Provide functional design, prototyping, flow mapping, and testing * Develop training materials and define support procedures * Coordinate schedules and create documentation and collateral * Design and execute test cases and use cases * Configure Workday software and prioritize workstream activities * Support leadership with sequencing and planning of the workstream * Assist project leadership as required Tasks * 5+ years’ experience in consulting or industry implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products * 2+ years leading Enterprise Performance Management workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Workday Adaptive certification or completion of relevant certification on joining * Ability to travel up to 50% on average Key requirements *
